What is the best way to get rid of this stuff. It has taken over the tank, even growing on the crabs and snails.

I have a Don King of the saltwater tank too poor snail and that is about the only place I have hair algae now. I find manual removal works the best. Keep an eye on phosphates and nitrates. My tank came with hair algae but with manual removal and a shorter light cycle it is all out except for Don King.
