Nope, no brown jelly. It was in a different spot before.....I just moved it this evening so you could see it in the photo.
unit froze during our last cold weather snap so I ended up replacing it (insert swear words here).....so I know the filters/resin/membrane are ok. I bought a new refill kit for the phosphate test kit.....I noticed that it expires next month (and I just ordered it last week from the drs site) so I'm not sure how accurate it is. I haven't had any cyano
issues and I'm good about replacing my media in my phosphate reactor.
I believe this is worth mentioning....I checked the coral this morning and what was left of the hammer coral is now floating around my tank. It's weird....it's like the top of the coral just came off of the head....there's even a small piece of the head on the bottom of the green fleshly part. Hopefully that makes sense.
I just don't understand what happened here. What a bummer
