Marine velvet could be it also.. Another one which is very difficult to cure...

it is now looking up while swimming and didnt want to eat when i fed the tank.

poor little thing didnt make it. and now the other clown is showing signs of the same thing. i dont have a QT.

forgot to add that i also have a yellow tang and two cleaner shrimp. will they get it also?

Unfortunately without the proper treatment (formalin in a seperate QT environment) all fish in that tank will eventually succumb.
