Help! Clownfish is sick?

I noticed my clown fish was caught up in the filter, so I just wiggled him free. I watched him and he went back to the same spot, Then i noticed the one side of his face was red, it looked as if someone else was nibbling on him. Please help me out, Im not sure if he is sick of if he was just beat up on. I did move him to a tank on his own. If you guys have any advice Please Please help.

I have a 30 gallon tank, 2 clown fish, 1 shrimp, 1 orchid dotty back, hermit crabs, and turbo snails.

I doubt there is much you can do now, besides what you have already done and put him in a hospital tank by himself. Is that QT tank cycled? If not, pay close attention the the ammonia, nitrite etc. You may need to do daily partial water changes for awhile. Keep pristine water conditions

The water is good.
Its not the best pic but you can see the redness in his face
One min he seems fine, the next he seems very weak.
