SFries hears surf in the shell
help... emergency!!

I got a bullseye mandarine goby 2 days ago and all was fine. Then, tonight I turned on the lights to check before I went to bed and he was pale, washed out, and sitting very still on the bottom. What do I do?

Honestly, sounds like he was sleeping on the bottom and you woke him up in the middle of the night. My fish when the lights turn on right away certain fish of mine are almost completely white from when they are sleeping. They color up in very little time. So what would i do? I would turn of the lights, let your fish sleep, then when you wake up and the lights are on for about an hour check on him again (when he is not sleeping).
