Help! My brain fell out!
Yes you read that right I said my brain fell out. Don't ask me how I am manageing to type this but anyway...I have this brain coral and it has come out of his skeleton. I tried to put it back in but it just keeps coming out. It seems to be surviving but its getting knocked around alot by a serpent star, crabs, etc.
TIA- Chris |

Your coral did what is refered to as "polyp bail out". There are a few contributors but mainly it will be environmental/chemical, more commonly chemistry being too high. The valonia on the sclerites aren't too helpful but wouldn't be the cause.
Please post your water chemistry numbers, water quality and flow conditions. What PC's do you have on the 75 gal? Cheers Steve |
