Twice a year, one of my suppliers is there. Be in town for about 4 hours and on my way driving back to sunny Cleveland 8) with a truck full of inventory.

Back to the subject at hand, with the symptoms you describe sound parasitic to me (heavy breathing, etc).
Do you own a qt tank?

I did a fresh water bath, once for 15 minutes, then put him back in the salt water for 30 minutes, then back in new fresh water for 20 minutes. 3 day later all is well he is back to himself and the mark above his lip from the parasite is gone.
