I've had this purple gorgonian for about 2 months now. It's been doing great, fully open until a couple days ago. It started getting a few white fuzzy spots on it and now I can see sections starting to die off. Can I dip it in anything to further prevent or stop the spreading? Should I frag it now hoping I can save some of it?

BTW, it's in medium/strong flow bottom of a 31" tank w/ 2x250 MH"s.

can you post a pic of the fuzzies? frag a big chunk of it and keep them far apart for now.
get us a pic ASAP.
also, i have heard of dipping in FW with some iodine in it for zoanthus fungus infections. this may work for gorgonians too...
