Help please

Hello just brought home a coral beauty and I am accumulating it right now and I noticed one white speck on its face is this ich or maybe sand or something. What should I do next I don't have a quarantine tank

Bye the way the coral beauty is acting normal and all of its tank mates at the lfs looked good

Without a picture we aren't going to be able to help you figure out if it is sand or ich. If it is ich, you'll want to treat in a QT tank or risk spreading ich into the display.

Here is one pic it is the white speck just below the eye the other specks in the pic are bubbles on the bag

It looks pretty large, so I'd want to say it is a cyst or some type. So, most likely ich.

Could be either. Though it isn't the best practice, you could toss him in. If things are kept stable and healthy it shouldn't matter.
