Help, porcupine puffer is sick

My puffer has very cloudy eyes, i can barely see the blue in them, its kind of like a white coating on his eyes, any help would be appreciated.water tests are all fine, thks, lizzie

Likely to be a bacterial infection. The sooner you hop on this the better, the eye could swell and cause long-term damage if not treated. Do you have a quarantine tank you can treat him in? Your local fish store will likely have a supply of saltwater antibiotics you can look through, at least one of them should claim to treat cloudy eyes.

What kind of puffer is he? What else do you have in the tank? Has anything changed recently?
