My boss has a 55 gal with a small heniocus butterfly, that I am in charge of. He was fine yesterday, he ate normally and was swimming fine. When I came in this afternoon he was no where to be found. I eventually found him tucked up between two pieces of rock upside down.
His breathing is normal, doesn't seem accelerated or heavy. He can swim but has no control over it. Spins around, does somersaults. He is currently lying on his side on the bottom.
Could it be swim bladder disease? He has no markings on his body to suggest ich or marine velvet.
