Help. Sick clownfish

After bonding my live rock with Aqua medic reef construct putty it clouded the whole of my tank. I've done a 50% PWC & changed carbon in filter, but 1 of my clowns is looking very sick on the bottom of my tank. Any ideas how to revive the little fella?

Phew, he seems ok now. Still not seen my Royal Gramma, but fingers crossed she will come out of hiding soon
