Approx 2 months ago I added some RPE & PPE and they don't seem to be to happy anymore. Weird they looked awesome when I first had them up till now. Most of them shriveled up a week or so ago. Couple of them recently came popping out of the shrivel, looking beautiful. What the heck is going on? I'm afraid of losing them!!

They are higher up in my 30'' tank pic here-
http://partydamage.com/fishtank/tankpic.jpg (they are right in the middle, where the yellow tang is)
3x's 250 DE MH 14k (9 month old bulbs) w/ Actinics. Same setup as where they came from.

Tank parameter are ok, mag a little low but everything else is good. Everything else in the tank is doing great including several zoos colonies.

Here's some photos-

You time is greatly appreciated!

Tank parameter are ok
What do you consider OK? Do you have specific numbers, as OK can be good to you but not your critters. Any chance you can update "my info" with tank/equipment/critters?

Where is the placement of these in your tank?
right in the middle of the tank. right by the yellow tang if you look at the tank photo in my first & last post.

do you think it might be bacteria growing on them or maybe algae? you can kinda see something on them. the rock they are on is the only rock that has what appears to be cranyo (spell?) growing on it.

Maybe you might want to relocate them somewhere else in tank due to too much light and too much or not enough current. Liveaquaria states that they require moderate lighting and where I see them at on your tank pic it seems they are recieving high amount of light. Cant tell on current. This is something you can check out.

Seachem makes a Reef Dip that works well. Place the recommended amount in a separate container of tank water, and let soak for up to twenty minutes. I would attempt this with one colony, and guage the reaction before attempting it with both colonies.
