Help with fin problems on lionfish

The fish fins have just started to "disappear" don't know if its a fin rot issue or dietary maybe the fish is acting fine eating normal only fish in the tank with problems fish are fed every other day he gets a mix up of frozen shrimp or silver sides anyhelp with a diagnosis or treatment would be very helpful thanks
