Heni with an abrasion

I just brought home a pair of 3-4" Heniochus acuminatus butterflies. They were eating well and seemed very active at the lfs. They also appear to be parasite free. One has a small abrasion on his flank, possibly due to shipping, netting etc. It appears to be slightly raised, maybe slightly infected. I took them anyways, they seem to be very healthy otherwise. Plan to lace their food with some selcon and the qt water is mint.
Should I treat with antibiotics, or just wait a few days? If so, what kind of antibiotics are best for trauma injuries?
