High phosphates using NoPox

Hi I'm new to the hobby am trying to get my phosphates down but they haven't lowered I'm using red sea No Pox nitrate/phosphate reducer. Have been using for about three weeks. I have a 55 gallon tank with live rock canister filter and protein Skimmer. Cleaned everything and do weekly water changes.... o I have an condy
anemone two clownfish one yellow tang one sailfin tang and three chromis and three corals any advice would be appreciated: )

I clean the canister with just tap water. Thanks I'm gonna try bigger water change and finish the bottle nopox then switch to phosguard
 
No pox is a form of carbon dosing and takes time. It basically builds up bacteria and then they proceed to eat up trates and phosphates (much slower)

cleaning the canister with tap isnt good, use tank water to prevent die off of BB although theres minimal in there.
 
OK I will do that thanks:)I eventually want to switch to a sump
