I've seen this before on my tang. It went away on its own and has never showed up on any other fish. I recently lowered the temp to 76, and then she developed these white pimples. I say pimples because they're smooth and round, unlike the "salt" looking ich. I'm rasing the temp back up to 80, and hoping they go away. I'm also adding lifeguard, but don't want to medicate with anything else due to all the corals. Has anyone else experienced these pimples on tangs?
