What is it I noticed it last night now it won't move

It is hard to see anything. Can you get a better picture? Are there signs of HLLE on this tang?

Definitely looks to be in poor shape. Can you tell us more about the system, like current parameters, size, how long you've had the tang...so on?

Tank mates with it,
How long you have tang,
How long tank has been set up.
Can't see fins in pics.
This will be a hard fish to photo as they are fast swimmers!
Known to swim 25 miles in one day a small tank is no place for them?
