Hole im my fish!

This started as a white patch and now there's a hole getting bigger by the day, he's still swimming and eating but my main concern is what ever this is I do not want it infecting my other fish, I first noticed the white patch about 4 weeks ago, any of you guys know what's going on ?

It is a severe bacterial infection and unfortunately i t is advanced and there is nothing you can do... Sorry

I would move it to another qt tank by itself to prevent it spreading to other fish

I would QT, maintain pristine water parameters and treat with an antibiotic.
