Hole in the Head Dieses?

My Flame Angel had ich and I’m currently treating him with Hyposalinity. It’s been over a week and the ich has cleared because I caught it early. I have the angel in a 10gal QT with a powerhead and Bio filter. He as what looks to be some kind of white scare above his eye on his head. I was wondering if it could be hole in the head dieses and how should I treat him. I check all the water level regular…and a ammonia spike the other day but it is now under control. He is feeding and show no sign of abnormal behavior from what I can tell.

It may be that, or just a reaction to the C irritant.
Just keep water quality high and soak the foods in a vitamin supplement such as Selcon. See if that helps.
