holes in head Coral Beauty - Aquarium Advice

Hi I just noticed my coral beauty has 2 holes just above the mouth is this normal. If not how can I treat. I am currently treating for ich. Shortly after adding the coral beauty to the tank it came down with ich. The ich wasn't too bad though. Can u guys help?

Sounds like Hole in the Head disease to me. see the appropriate section on this website for more info.

I was told that they are sensory glands. They are just above the mouth.
