Hospital tank?

Going to get a 24 nanocube or a 29 biocube but I have a ten gallon I was going to make a hospital tank? How cheap can I get away making this hospital tank? D:

For a hospital tank it's pretty basic. You'll need a heater, filtration, and maybe a couple pieces of PVC pipe for the fish to hide in and swim around.
