How high is too high?

It's Bearly getting into summer and my tank is 81.5 f is that too high? any non expensive solutions?
What's the max temp?
All my stuff is ok

You could keep the air on during the day. Get some plastic egg crate and take the glass canapy off and use the crate so no fish jump out. Keep the lights on alittle less if you have t5 or power compacts.Get small clip on fans and let them blow accross the water surface. There are 4 possibilities other members may have somemore

while I don't recommend it, my tank has gotten to 83.9 when my home AC broke. I freaked out & grabbed ice in a Ziploc bag & cooled the water down.

this is just LPS, zoos, rics, & a few chalices. not hard SPS or a nem that need perfect water..
