Perhaps, but it was by all descriptions fitting with the profile of whitespot / ich. I asked on I think four forums and they all came back with the same answer about it - whitespot / ich.
I asked at three LFS and they all said the same thing - whitespot / ich.
I can understand your arguement that an antibiotic wont cure it, however this product's claim is that it treats whitespot / ich.
Maybe whitespot is not called ich, but from what Google reports, the terms are interchangable.
Anyways, I have a high degree of respect for the advisors on this forum so I am not going to entertain any further debate on this issue. I am settling on our differences of opinion. If I had the means, I would certainly be QT anything prior to being put into the display tank.
