Hypo treatment questions

After two long weeks I finally got my salinity down to 1.008 to 1.009 (sg). Any idea how long I can expect to wait before all the spots (parasites) drop off my fish. Secondly now that my salinity is down to hypo treatment levels it has become quite obvious that my bb are dying off because my ammonia and nitrate levels are on the rise. Ammonia is at 1ppm and nitrate is at 10ppm nitrite still at zero. Any suggestions on what I can do to combat this problem.

You`ll need to do some PWC`s with the water the same salinity as the tank.

I've been doing 5gal. Changes every day for the last 10 days to bring the salinity down to 1.008
