hyposalinity and macro algae

alright guys im tired of pulling my fishes out of the main so now im going to try hypo on the main but i was wondering if i would beable to leave my macro algae in there, i was thinking no but im not sure so jus wanted to ask

It will most likely kill it along with any coralline, worms, pods etc.
If you do this, try and get any inverts you can out of the system. Also at least 1/2 of your rock so you can reseed the tank after you are through with the treatment. Just about everything but the fish will die from it. Fortunately so should the parasites.

alright thanks, i guess its better this way because rocks are easier to get out of the tanks instead of fishes
