I need help QUICK!

Okay...I just got two clowns on Sunday and when I came home one of them had like a "fat lip". It looks like cotton mouth. All my other fish are fine now... I just treated the whole tank with Greenex for external parasites...my problem is that I don't have a QT yet, all I have are two 5 gallon buckets, would he be okay in there? Sorry, I'm pretty new to all this and I've been doing good so far....Please Help!!!!!! 8O

With a heater and powerhead, only for a short time due to no bio-filter. If you can get a sponge going on a powerhead for a week or so that may be sufficient. Otherwise large regular water changes and an ammonia test kit will be in order.
