I think i popped my brain

I may have made detrimental boo boo. My once pink and green brain is not puffy at all and appears to have her skeleton showing through. I am not sure if she was deflated when I put her in tank. She still fluorescences green but is not soft.
Help me save "Abby Normal"

My H2O is ph 8.0 and ammonia, trites and trates

0 darn send. I use reef crystals and have no hard corals so am not checking calcium yet. Polyps are out but still pink not real vibrant. Still fluorescence at night so not sure if I should be concerned.

Also 28 watt led in nano cube. Brain is on floor.

Totally possible the standard light isn't enough. I'd move it up higher in the tank...before you do, how long has it been in the tank?
