I have a purple tang in my tank along with a sailfin tang and a lionfish the purple tang has ich. I do not have a extra tank to seperate my fish. What can I use to treat my fish while my other fish are still in the tank. Please someone help me. I spent too much money on this purple tang

Sadly nothing. The only cure for ich is a cooper based medication or hyposalinity. I'm sadly in a similar issue currently hoping that stable and pristine water parameters and a stress reduced environment will overcome on its own.

You can try Polyp Lab medic. I've used it in the past and it has worked for me.

can you separate the tang in a container segregated from the rest of the fish but still in the tank? Like a larger breeder box or something?

I figured out what it was. It is t ich it's just the stuff from the sand that is being pushed around by the bubbler that I have in my tank
