Can Ich be brought into the aquarium with corals?

I have a Royal Gramma and a Coral Beauty, that have been in my 30 gallon for 6 months. I have not made any fish additions, but I have added a coral or two in that time (not QT'd). Over the last week or so, my Gramma has been getting spots. For now, he is acting fine, but I am trying to determine what they have.

Thanks for any help

Did the corals come from a system with fish in it?
Ich has been known to piggyback on other things, but there must be an infestation in the system that the items come from.
Good LFS, will keep their fish stock separate.
Most definitely ich there. Do you have a qt large enough to move all your fish to?

The peppermint shrimp i bought a couple weeks ago to help with the aiptasia was in a tank with fish...

I only have the two fish...I am going to get a 10 gallon to put them in, I plan on daily pwc's in the QT...will the 10 gallon be big enough?
