ick

is there any type of home remedy for ick? I noticed it about a week and a half ago, so i got a neon goby to take care it and hes about as lazy as they come. he hasn't helped, he's actually got it now so i need to now how long i have before fish start dropping like flys any input would be great. p.s. i been researching it pretty heavely and haven't really found out any home treatments or the longly hood of the fish infected. thanks zack

Removing the fish to a hospital tank for treatment and leaving the main fishless for 6-8 weeks is the only reliable treatment for ich.
