ick and hermits

i think my fish have ick
yesterday they were fine then this morn my tang and royal gramma have spots on them
now when i get the fish out of the tank and into qt
what about the hemit crabs?
have no cleaner shrimp

Inverts are not hosts, they can/should remain in you main system during treatment.
