Ick scare!!!

Ok is thus ICK? Plus, he or she has been rubbing up against all kinds of stuff-rocks, sand, hermit crabs... Poor little thing

Also, is it too late to set up a hospital tank
For him? I don't have one. The only other
Tank I have is a 30 gallon, which I was gonna move them into soon

Yes, your whole tank has it..
No its not to late ,but the clown will need treated also..

Its daytime over here, and I cannot see the spots anymore. What does that mean?

It just means that stage of life is over for the ich..Now its reproducing and will be back even worse..
