I have watched him eat a 3" piece in 15 minutes without letting any scraps go to waste. He is a little yellow monster.

keep a close eye on him alot of times that is a sign that they have a parasite. you might want to watch for other odd things he doesn't normally do.

my tang nibbles on everything,flake off rocks brine but here is a weird question for you. i noticed that his poop is like dust is that normal it is going to be hard to clean up after it you can not see what to vacuum out

we have a tigger that poops the same way and we had him for about year and traded him in . he was ok.

Well, it's nasty, but one fishes poop, is another critters dinner. Your best bet is going to be to encourage a live sand bed with plenty of detrivores. Vacuuming = dead sand bed.
