Is it bad to make a puffer....puff?

I have a fiji puffer and a porcupine puffer. Is it bad the make them puff up once in a while. I haven't done it, but everyone ask to see it.

Yes. They can get stuck, and die that way. Also it produces a toxin that in time it will kill them.

Well one reason why they puff up is because they get agitated and they dont like that so yah it is bad to do it

yes, bad to do. My puffer got sucked up by a PH a few mintues after interducing him into the tank and puffed up, cool to see.. but not good for him........he was ok, but i put guards on the ph so it wouldn't happen again.
