Since I read your other thread this morning and know your tank is 6 month old I'd say he's unhappy. Your tank is by no means established yet.

Why I don't know are your lighting conditions!?

How can you tell if anemone is happy

Anemones should be brown when healthy. That one looks kinda bleached, to be honest. There are. Few light brown tentacles, but it looks mostly white. What lights do you have?
