Is my 'brain' coral sick?

Friday night is was enlarged to almost the size of a football, I didn't think much of it, now all the little tentacle are gone, I tried spot feeding it and nothing, also the three mouths are open and won't close, it no longer waves in the current like it used to, I touched it and it feels 'hard' not as soft as its always been, I've had it for like 6+ months? What should I do??? Is this a lost cause ? . Everything else looks good, checking my water Params now...

Update... I tuned off my white T5's and left the actinics on, went to go run an errand, came back and the little guys is flowing in the current again. I hope it makes a come back, going to prepare some water for a water change and ck my water Params tonight to be safe, keep your fingers crossed!
