I had my bubble anemone for 3 days, went to the shop and brought some shrimp this morning and when i got back home from work is closed up. Last night i saw some white particles around its feet. Is that normal?

It's not dying yet. What are your parameters? How old is this tank? What size tank and how many fish are in it? What lighting are you running?

is a 20g tank, my tank is 2 months old with fish but i set up and let it run for 1 month, so in total is 3 months there are 4 fishes, 1 shrimp and 1 hermit crab, the lighting is 12" T5 and is good for coral reef

I don't think they make a 12" t5 bulb. Sure it's not t8? Regardless one t5 is not enough for a bubble tip nem, plus the tank is to young and unstable.

I am sure is a T5, so what can i do now to save the BTA? I purchase this a pet club and the adviser there said is ok for me to have it on board

I went to pet club to do a water check... they were a tiny bit high and I did a 40% water change and we'll check again tomorrow

I was told that buy pet club as I don't have testers myself

If you are going to keep sensitive creatures like anemones, You are going to need your own liquid test kits.
Anemones need strong lighting. A single T5 lamp will not support one.

I am going to upgrade my lighting system... but I am not sure how since my black box can only fit 12" and is open top... let me show you my bta this morning... and I have upgrade my filter system

BTW, get the bubbler out of there. There's no place for one of those in a salt tank. Buy a power head to increase flow inside the tank, and remove the lid. Your tank will be much healthier with an open top.
