Is my rock flower anemone ok?

It seems like my rock flower anemone is getting more transparent. I doubt this is a good thing. I spot feed him mysis shrimp once a week...

yes, looks like start to go bleaching. Please give us more information, size of the tank, lighting etc.

its a 46G tank. 1 MH 175W pendant. The anemone is about 2" off the sandbed. I already have turned the rock he is on to shade him a bit. Waiting to see if that helps.

how is the temp when lights on? 175W on 46g could be pretty hot when it is at peak

um... seems normal. I hope to give it a shaded area wold help, rock flower anemone is one of my favourite anemone, just too bad in Canada, it cost a leg and arm to have them.

They aren't cheap here either lol anywhere from $60-$80 each
