Think my clown has ich there are 5 white things on his head will it spread or what is it even ich or what you can kind of see one of them in the pic.

Ok it also kinda looks like a scratch with skin sticking up but he won't turn around so but it's about the size if a rounded pencil tip the two right by eachother

You can see it right inbetween the part of his stripe breaks off now he is eating though and acting normal.

Could it just be a burn from my anenome bc I noticed he was not near it for a while then I noticed the scratch like white spot and then he was back in it so?
