lawnmower blenny tumor like thing

hey guys my lawnmower blenny has had this growth on him it looks like a tick or a tumor it has gotten bigger over the time he has had it for about 8 months it doesn't seem to effect him much except hard breathing every now and then. this is the best shots i can get just got the new camera.

That is quite nasty. I really dont know if you can do much for that I would suggest pristine water conditions. Hopefully he will be OK.
