Leopard wrasse sick!??

Hey guys my leopard wrasse has been doing fine since today. It's been eating frozen food and today I woke up and he was not swimming properly and laying of the ground. It's almost like he can hold his own weight up in the water. What should I do!!!??

How long have you had it? What are your parameters? Anything else going on with it (rapid breathing, spots, etc)? How are the other fish?
