Lion fish color

Whenever my lion fish stays still for awhile he turns pale but when he stats swimming his color comes back. Is this bad or do they do this naturally. It's a fuzzy dwarf lion

Is it sleeping? I have noticed when my fish sleep their color changes.

Idk maybe. It only happens when he stops swimming and when he starts to move again it comes right back
