Lionfish help!

On the base of my lions tail, only on one side there are raised scales as what looks to be a cut. I got him yesterday. Here's a pic. I think he just got scratched. He's not eating either.

I`m wondering if it`s any of those fish in the tank with him. There is some fish that I would think would take care of him. JMO

It was there wore he went in the tank. It's not spreading at all. The scales are a little new raised. I assume that is him getting ready to replace them????? I just want to make sure that it's not a disease. He also ate 2 live minnows today so were getting better

It looks like he scratched it on some rock or got stung by coral, either way just keep your water clean and it wouldn't hurt to soak his food in garlic like garlic guard or something similar as it will help boost the immune system and help prevent infection.
