lionfish with ich

[i have crabs]

the lionfish in my tank wich is infested with ich and not going well seems to be covered in a very slimy coat wich is hanging off him and all over his whole body
can anyone tell me why and what this is/from i had a cowfish die yesterday wich showed a similar coating

i know its hard to say on a forum like this with no pics and i havnt checked my water numbers yet but i suspect thier where they should be minus the hypo 1.09 sg wich i did check

Lionfish will shed to help relieve irritants. It may also shake and heave in an attemp to rid itself of the parasite.
