Hey, I just noticed this little marking on my puffer, not sure what it is.
There is a pretty aggresive domino damsel in there with him, could this be a bite??
I have them in a quarantine tank with hyposalinity to treat for ich. They've been in there for about 5 weeks without any issue.
Tank parameters are ammonia - 0 nitrite - 0 nitrate - 20-30 (I realize this is high but its not easy keeping nitrates down in a 30 gallon with a puffer )
I also noticed a bunch of white spots on the damsels face. I can't get a picture of the guy he's too fast but they are way bigger than ich plus the tank is at 1.009 and the puffer has not shown any signs of ich (when he was the only one showing signs in the display tank)
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
