Long tentacle on its side

So I woke up yesterday to find my long tentacle anemone had moved himself to the other end of the tank. But he had himself positioned on his side. Should I stand him up? Or should I just let him figure it out for himself? Last thing I want to do is stress him out!

I think he has his foot attached to the rock.
