What are you water parameters (numbers please, all nitrogens and chemistry), what tank mates, how old is the tank and what kind of water flow does the coral sit in? What lighting?

We just did a nitite 0 nitrate 2 everything else is fine. Med flow and on the sand bed. Here is the last pick.............Its gone
