Lost my Coral Beauty Tonight

I got home tonight and found my CB lying on its side.. Still gasping and trying to right itself... I got closer to it and it flipped over and I saw a gash in the side...

I noticed over the course of a few days that my YT was sizing it up ( they were the same size ) and they were scaling each other. I tried to break it up as much as possible. However, it seems as if the barbs got the better of the CB. I got it out of the tank and into the QT as fast as possible but there was nothing I could do to save it. I checked on it an hour later and it was stuck to the intake of the filter. It was still alive but very uncomfortable..I then took it out and laid it to rest in a bowl of ice water... This was a very good looking fish....I am sad...

Very sorry to hear, good call on the bowl of water, I know putting an animal to "sleep" is a tough thing.

My yellow tang is causing me problems too. Sorry about losing your fish, I fear I'm in the same boat.
