Lymphocystis?

So, found out that my Sailfin seems to have a strange growth on one of his fins. He hates showing that side, so hard to get a really good look, but it seems to almost be a fuzzy white material, though a little thicker than normal fungus seems to be.

Not the best picture, but all I can get right now. I fear it might be Lymphocystis, which would kill me since he is the most expensive fish in my tank but I don't want to lose anyone else.

Improving your water quality by doing more frequent water changes will usually cure lymphocystis.
